Frequently asked questions
What are you doing to protect your customers?
The health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and retailers is paramount. We are following government guidance with stores only being open for click and collect and takeaway services. When visiting us, please follow the physical distancing signage and use the hand sanitiser at the entrance and exit point. We have placed directional markings within the main areas of the mall which we would ask you to follow.
We have also increased our cleaning regime with a focus on cleaning common touch points including handrails, door handles, lifts etc.
How can I access the centre?
You can enter the centre as you normally would.
Is the car park open?
The car park remains open and operating 24/7 as normal.
Are the toilets open?
No, to reduce touch points within the centre, our toilets will be closed to the public from Thursday 5th November.
What stores are open?
The centre is only open for Click & Collect and takeaway, please visit our website for a full list.
What time can I collect my order?
The shopping centre is open as normal but please check with individual stores and your Click & Collect order confirmation to ensure your order is ready before you visit us.
Where can I find hand sanitiser?
Our hand sanitiser can be found at the following locations;
- entry and exit points into the shopping centre.
Why is there a queue for the lift?
We kindly ask shoppers to give priority to disabled people, the elderly and those families with buggies. In order to adhere to physical distancing guidance, the number of people within the lifts have been limited to one at any one time or members of the same household.
Why are you not taking people’s temperature?
St Anns is following current UK government guidance for reopening Shopping Centres to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and retailers. Temperature checking is not currently required.
Can I bring my children in?
We kindly ask that when collecting your orders, you do so alone, however, we are aware that this is not always possible.
Why do I have to queue outside the store to collect my order?
This is for the safety of all shoppers, retailers and our centre staff to ensure that physical distancing guidelines are adhered to.
Why is there a queue outside the Centre waiting to get in?
For the safety of all shoppers and to adhere to physical distancing guidelines, there is a capacity level which has been assigned to the shopping centre. This has currently been met and we appreciate your patience at this time, we will allow more shoppers in as others leave the centre.
Why are the kiddie rides/vending machines/photo booths not available?
These have been removed/switched off to adhere to current physical distancing guidance and reduce unnecessary touch points within the centre.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
In line with the latest Government Guidance, as of Tuesday, 22nd September, it is compulsory to wear a face covering when visiting the shopping centre and within our car park.
